Harshit is a Lecturer at the Jindal Global Law School. He was awarded an LLM (with Distinction) in International Development Law and Human Rights from the University of Warwick. He holds a B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. Harshit’s research interests lie within post/decolonial approaches to law. His preferred pronouns are he/him.
